The WOW Project
The W.O.W. Project is a non-profit based in NYC Chinatown. Their mission is to build and sustain a vibrant, intergenerational creative community in Chinatown using art, performance, and advocacy to amplify marginalized voices and resist displacement. Through programming, events, and community organizing, WOW uses creativity as a tool for cultural preservation and social change.

The Problem
The W.O.W Project had outgrown their Webflow site. The platform was too rigid for their team to manage independently, the design lacked hierarchy and clear navigation, and the site wasn't built to serve the audiences effectively. Something as simple as adding a button required developer intervention. Their digital presence wasn't keeping pace with the vibrancy of their work.
