I spearheaded the redesign of the core content library, designed a personalized onboarding recommendation engine, and led the integration with SevenRooms to streamline day-pass and conference room bookings. To drive engagement, I designed and launched the Meetup feature, empowering members to host self-organized gatherings, which boosted weekly active usage (WAU) by 30%. Additionally, I oversaw the design of the member gating experience to manage non-payment states seamlessly while preserving user trust.
